We are going to "hit the ground running"... please be both mentally and physically ready to work next week. Take some time to stretch over the next few days so that you aren't as sore next week. I want you all to enjoy practice, but please remember there is a time to have fun and a time to work!!
Make sure that you are ON TIME to every practice, bring plenty of water or gatorade to drink, and that you have your phones on silent and put away during practice time. Lets start the year off with good habits and a positive attitude!
Here is the schedule for next week (it is the same as what is on your calendar):
Monday
- Officers only
- 2 - 4 pm
- Team Practice
- 9 am - 12 pm
- You will get your practice clothes
- We will stretch and do technique
Wednesday & Thursday
- 8:15 am - 4:30 pm
- Lunch break from 12 - 1
- Officer stay until 6:00 pm
- Last day of team camp - be here @ 8:15 am
- Lunch break from 12 - 1
- There will be a show-off for family and friends starting at 2:00 pm... after show-offs, you will be free to go
- Officers only
- Be here @ 9:00 am - you will be learning a contest routine
